Please make the check payable to 'St. Peter RC Parish' or 'Immaculate Conception Parish' and either drop it off or mail it to the rectory, Attn: Faith Formation, as soon as the form is submitted along with a copy of any New Student's Baptism Certificate (unless uploaded with the registration form)

Your registration is not completed until payment is received. When you submit this form, you will need to send payment to the office. Please make payments based upon the number of children and sacraments they will be receiving this year. In the event of

financial hardship, please speak with the Faith Formation Teacher at your parish.
